APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE
Product description:
The product is mainly manufactured from industrial, only high quality polish apple. The product is not acidified or sweetened. It is obtained from apple juice (without any addition of preservatives) by removing a certain amount of water and flavor.
Intended use:
Semi-finished product for juices and beverages, as a flavor additive for milk beverages and desserts, in confectionery and wine industry.
Product characteristics:
The taste of the product is typical of apples.
It is slightly changed by the thermal processing. It does not have any foreign aftertaste. The scent is typical of apple juice. No contaminations, either organic or inorganic, are allowed in the product.
It is of golden-amber colour in various hues, resulting from the thermal processing.
Storage conditions:
100,000 litre tanks made of acid-resistant steel and 30,000 litre tanks lined with epoxide lining.
Storage temperature < 10oC. 100,000 litre transition tanks, made of acid-resistant steel and placed in the open air.
Storage temperature < 10 C.
Stability period:
24 months.
